When you complete the process suggested, you will have created a solid foundation on which you can use to communicate your remodeling needs to your qualified remodeling contractor. There are four components in this toolbox.

Home Inventory:
This helps you prioritize your project and keep you focused on the more important areas to improve.

Design Checklist:
This form will help you identify challenging areas in your home.

Wish List:
Identifies exactly what you want repaired, replaced or remodeled in each room of your home. It will also point out what changes are a need or want and allowing you to set priorities.

Budget Inventory:
Helps you get started with a budget. Once you have a budget in place, you can have confidence in your ability to afford the project you want.
