Client’s Tom and Sue wanted to take advantage of the beautiful lake views, so when they purchased their funky 70’s ranch, they called on Tom Boyle Building Company to totally transform their new home. Open spaces with volumes of windows and beautiful woodwork featuring the craftsman style totally changed their once dated lakeside home. The home totally wows you as soon as you enter the front door, immediately drawing you to the lakeside views across the room. Every room now has fabulous water views to enjoy every day throughout every season.

The Pilchak’s had big plans when it came to designing and renovating their lower level. Tom Boyle Building Co. had built their stately home seven years prior and the owners were ready to complete it. Some of the features included a full kitchen with granite and stainless steel, a custom cherry wine cellar, high tech media center, full bath, guest room and exercise space. In-floor radiant heat provides warm flooring through-out and the glass bar top shows off the sports fan owners a unique lighted display for their personal sports memorabilia. Their new lower level is truly a fantastic entertaining living space enjoyed by the entire family.

Incorporating the existing deck structure, Tom Boyle Building Co. designed and built the Tate’s beautiful four season sunroom addition complete with knotty pine woodwork, large windows and glass doorway leading out to the expansive deck. The Tate’s sunroom addition is another example of perfectly blending the new with the existing.

When Linda Uber was ready to remodel her basement, she called on Tom Boyle Building Co. to help her build and design her space. She wanted to be able to accommodate her wheel chair bound daughter when she came to visit. Incorporating barrier free methods, Tom Boyle Building Co. provided Linda with added living space that blended well with her existing home and provided her daughter the necessary features she needed for mobility and independence.

When living the outdoors, a screened-in porch is much appreciated and used, especially with lake living. By using the same style materials as existing, Tom Boyle Building Co. built the Bennett’s new screened-in porch to blend seamlessly into their existing lake front home. In addition, the precariously dangerous exterior steps were replaced providing the owners and guests a safe passage down to the water.

This homeowner was is desperate need of replacing her old bathroom and creating a sense of order amidst the cluster. The bathroom’s moldy shower, inadequate vanity and dated tub have been transformed to create a simple and functional bathroom that is cost effective and beautiful for not only the home owners, but their guests as well.
